Universal Understanding announced today that it has implemented the Ethical Advocate ethics hotline. The hotline gives employees the ability to provide anonymous feedback to the organization without fear of retaliation or reprisal. It is available 24 x 7, every day of the year, via an on-line application and toll-free call center number.

Investigators will have the ability to interact with the reporters and ask questions to assist in investigating concerns. The service includes the toll-free number and on-line application, system and service customization to meet Universal Understanding’s unique needs, all administrator training, and the reporting management and statistical and analysis system modules.
