The article shows the organizational cost of not establishing an ethics culture, then, discusses the return for those organizations who are recognized for building an ethical culture.  The companies summarized are part of Ethisphere’s World’s Most Ethical Companies (WMEC’s).  The companies on Ethisphere’s list demonstrate that ethics are part of their culture and they also show better financial performance than their peers.  There are several outstanding suggestions from the WMEC statistics for organizations that wish to reap the benefits of building a more ethical culture.
