The hotline covers all aspects of Carolina Meadows’ operations, resident care, and administration and gives employees the ability to provide anonymous feedback to the organization 24 hours a day, every day of the year.

The service includes an on-line internet reporting application and toll-free call center number. Investigators can interact with those leaving an anonymous report and ask questions to assist in investigating concerns. The Ethical Advocate service includes system and service customization to meet Carolina Meadows’ unique needs, all administrator training, and the reporting management and statistical and analysis system modules.

Carolina Meadows meets the new Federal Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act provisions for an ethics program and hotline with the Ethical Advocate program.
